Please review your designs and order details carefully before final submission. In order to keep costs affordable, Blue Moose Designs does not manually proof or edit customer-uploaded artwork unless specifically included as part of a paid design service.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you hold all necessary legal rights, licenses, or permissions to reproduce every design, logo, or image used in your order. Blue Moose Designs does not verify ownership of submitted content and shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark violations.
The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Blue Moose Designs against any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from alleged or actual infringement of intellectual property rights related to submitted artwork or content.
